All applications are reviewed carefully by our Recruitment Executive and our Training Partner. We adopt a blind screening process.
If you would like to be considered for one of our 2019 training contracts please apply online for either our Summer Vacation Scheme or our Open Day.
Summer Vacation Scheme: 10th – 21st July 2017
If your application is successful you will be invited to an interview with our Recruitment Executive. Interviews are generally held at the end of February/beginning of March. We can be flexible as to dates.
8 successful candidates will be invited to attend our Summer Vacation Scheme. During the two weeks you will experience work in two of the firm's departments under the direction of leading practitioners. You will also attend an assessment day and an interview with two of our partners.
This interview will form the final stage of our training contract recruitment process and successful candidates will be offered a 2019 training contract.
Open Day: 25th July 2017
If your application is successful you will be invited to an interview with our Recruitment Executive. Interviews are normally held in June. We can be flexible as to dates.
The second stage is the Open Day; where you will find out more about our firm and culture and will take part in group and individual assessments.
A shortlist of candidates from the Open Day will be invited to the final stage of the training contract recruitment process - an interview with two of our partners. Successful candidates will be offered a 2019 training contract.
First stage interview with our Recruitment Executive – this will be competency-based and will last approximately half an hour.
Final stage interview with two of our partners – the partners will be chosen from our Trainee Recruitment Team. This interview will also be competency-based but will be slightly more in depth and will test your commercial awareness.
All interviews are held at our London Bridge office.
